Recent Accolades:
· July 08: ‘Airline with the Best Business Class’ and ‘Airline with the Best Economy Class’ at the CNBC-Awaaz Travel Awards 2008.

New Customer Initiatives:
· Jet Airways entered into a frequent-flyer partnership with All Nippon Airways (ANA), effective May 21, 2008.
· Introduced a web check-in facility on its flights to six major international destinations- Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, London and Brussels, enabling passengers traveling on these sectors to check-in on the web, select their seats and print their boarding passes.
· Jet Airways’ has become the first Indian carrier ever to implement Bar-coded boarding passes (BCBP), an IATA standard solution. These BCBP can be automatically scanned at the boarding process, avoiding manual boarding and thus enabling multiple flights to be handled at a single gate. Having introduced BCBP at Singapore airport, Jet Airways plans to introduce the same at Hyderabad and Brussels airports in the near future.
Future Plans:
· The airline plans to extend its international operations to North America, Europe, Africa and Asia in the coming years with the induction of wide-body aircraft into its fleet.
